Low adoption of pay-per-charge and new operational needs shaped my four years at Wallbox. We redesigned the payment experience to improve usage and expanded the platform with fleet management and OCPP-based charge point management, a capability users were requesting. My work focused on making these connected charging workflows clearer and easier to manage.
